What Is Industrial Gamechangers?
Industrial Gamechangers is a new program at IFS Unleashed celebrating the next generation of industrial innovators. Attending companies are invited to put forward a rising star under 30, either by nominating someone from their organization or by encouraging individuals to apply themselves, who is delivering measurable impact through technology, AI, automation, or data‑driven innovation.
A shortlist of nominees will be selected by IFS, with three finalists invited to take part in a live on‑stage panel at IFS Unleashed, moderated by IFS CEO Mark Moffat.
All nominations must meet the following requirements:
The submission must be made by, or on behalf of, an attending company
The company must have purchased a minimum of two full IFS Unleashed event tickets
The participant must be 30 years of age or younger at the time of the event (12–16 October 2026)
Impact: Demonstrated real‑world innovation using AI, automation, data, or advanced technology, with measurable outcomes
Leadership potential: Recognized as an emerging leader or changemaker within their organization or industry
Availability: Must be able to attend IFS Unleashed in Orlando, October 2026, if selected
Your video should help the judging panel clearly understand who you are and how this work is reshaping what’s possible, including:
- How the innovation is changing outcomes within the organization or industry
- The individual’s hands‑on role in driving execution, not just ideas
- Specific examples of technology, automation, or data in action, and the outcomes achieved
- Ambition, curiosity, and leadership mindset
Creative guidance:
- Be authentic and personal, avoid being overly scripted
- Film in a real environment where possible (on site, in the workplace, or with the technology used)
- Structure the story around problem → solution → impact
- Let personality come through; passion and purpose matter
- Creativity is encouraged, but clarity and substance matter more than production value
What Matters Most
The judging panel is looking for real impact and real potential. The strongest submissions make it immediately clear why this individual deserves a seat at the table alongside today’s industry leaders.
What Finalists Receive
- A complimentary full‑event pass to IFS Unleashed
- Hotel accommodation for the duration of the event
- Recognition in pre‑event Unleashed communications
- Participation in the Industrial Gamechangers live panel on the Unleashed stage
What to Submit
To complete an application or nomination, you will be asked to provide:
- Participant’s current role and organization
- A written summary (up to 300 words) outlining their innovation and impact
- Supporting evidence of impact (e.g., metrics, outcomes, projects, recognition)
- A 1‑minute video pitch explaining why they should be selected
